Sean Sullivan

Sean is dedicated to changing the world one home at a time. Originally born in Las Vegas, Nevada, Sean moved to Southern Orange County with the goal of helping and serving people through real estate. Sean offers an abundance of knowledge about the SoCal area, from his extensive research, to his market mapping and having lived in both Dana Point and Laguna Niguel himself as a resident.

Combining his knowledge and perseverance, Sean is able to work extremely fast to reach deadlines and expectations clients have, all while protecting and fighting for them throughout every transaction.

Sean is more than excited to be the newest member of the Godfrey Group! He was recommended to Annika and her team by GG team member Leah, managing broker, and mentor at Coldwell Banker, who was impressed by his sharp work ethic, hustle, and passion for helping families achieve their real estate goals.

Sean is really into basketball and likes anything automotive. In his free time, he enjoys car shows, hitting the gym and enjoying the beautiful Southern California beaches.
